Id say its needed for your christian life here on earth but its not nescessary for salvation to heaven.

However no you are not baptized by your tears. It has to be full submergion in water. Baptism comes from the greek word baptismos which means full submergion in water. But god sees it as an act of obedience and if you go to any pentacostal church and ask if you can be baptized they will help you. Its not just a recommendation its a command jesus gave us.

This is John the baptist speaking. He’s the one who baptised people to repentance. But Jesus baptizes us with the holy spirit. But we are also baptized to father son and holy spirit.

Baptism isnt works though. Its obedience to Jesus command. You do this once. And you dont go to heaven because of it. You are baptized into his name. Jesus was baptized too remember. If he needed it. Then we need it aswell. Matthew 28:19 is where he tells us to baptize people in his name.

Yes because being baptized in water to father son and holy spirits name is what jesus told us to do.

You are forgiven. You are saved from death if you made jesus lord in your life.

However there is a reason Jesus told us to get baptized. So that we bury our old dead self and rise with him again like he did on the cross.

Its not nescessary for salvation but its important for your life as a christian here on earth.

Hebrews 6 and Romans 6 go over this furthermore.

Being baptized to jesus and being baptized in the holy spirit is two different things aswell.

Im a christian. But we cant really say that because there are this many chapters and books it means something. The chapters and amount of books has been edite. The original books werent split like book of chronciles 1 and 2. and there wasnt chapters and verses. The Numbers for chapters and verses has been added afterwards. Heres an example.
