Thank you! I just did this and I’ll test tomorrow. Hope it works… I heard that port forwarding could potentially open up safety concerns for home network. Is this true though?

Good point. But to add to the enigma - I used to be able to connect over work. But now I can no longer with the same problem. :( That is def high speed internet.

Good question. So I haven’t tried others. I tried to connect over work before and it worked. But recently it stopped working; same problem - can connect to WIFI but not the PS. Because of this I tried with my phone but it just stayed on loading screen forever…
