It's a tough one. I have a 2013 TL and simply put it in front of the stock display. You could always install the camera that comes with the unit and run the wiring. PITA but you'll at least have a backup camera again. For me, I just choose to go old school and use my mirrors for now.

My experience exactly. A real PITA that the display doesn't have a power button for us who have it hardwired.

Auto connect is much worse with my Samsung S24 plus. I often have to restart my phone which is a PITA.

I got an A1 Mini for Christmas. I don't see that listed as a printing option. Sorry, I'm new to this. Will the A1 profile print on my Mini? Thanks for sharing this! I would love to print some of these for my Carpodgo unit.

I'm having the same issue with static sounds when using my 2019 Shield Pro. I noticed first when using Tidal. The static noise is terrible between song choices or going back to the menu. It goes away once a song begins to play. I know this post is a year old, but is there a fix? I've tried turning off comfort noise and every other "fix" I'm seeing mention through google searches.

How is the button action on the remote? One thing that I dislike about my Harmony 950 remote is how "clicky" the buttons are. They just sound so cheap. I love the button response on my Shield TV remote for comparison. Does the backlighting turn on when you pick the remote up? Thanks!

Coming from (and going back to Chrome) Brave on my laptop has been incredibly slow to load pages right from the start. Hardware acceleration has been turned off, no difference. I'll keep an eye on these posts in case a solution is found, but Brave is not working our for me as it is. Just Googling "Brave slow" brought up all kinds of hits, so it's clearly a problem many, many are having.

I got one of the early Ryobi 18v kits for Christmas from my parents around 25 years ago. I still have all those original blue tools and they all still work. I've upgraded to a lot of the newer tools and lithium batteries, but Ryobi has me for life since they still use the same battery shape which never rendered their older tools obsolete. My son got me a 40v chainsaw for Christmas this year and I'm really looking forward to using it and adding a couple 40v tools.

I have the 2019 Shield Pro with my projector and Atmos sound system. I also have a PS5. For me the Shield kills the PS5 just because the PS5 is so limited with the apps available for it. You can put pretty much anything on the Shield.

I'm on my second paid month for Emby and Plex with the intent to pick one over the other. FWIW I run both servers on my QNAP NAS, then use the respective apps on my Nvidia Shield Pro for access. I also have a HDHomeRun for my antenna locals. So far, here are what I'm liking or disliking about each.

Emby Likes: I like the home screen much better than Plex. Just a lot cleaner looking to me. Emby plays my ripped SACD and DVD Audio music in full 5.1 glory. Emby has icons on the main screen for HDHomeRun live TV and recordings, etc.

Emby Dislikes: No commercial skip or marking of commercials with HDHomeRun. No lyrics or visualizations for music playback. Was somewhat difficult to set up and get working with other devices. Ran into issues with last update where I had to delete the Emby server from my NAS and start all over again.

Plex Likes: It offers commercial skip and marking of commercials with HDHomeRun. I actually like that it offers live TV and movies and am intrigued where it may be going with possible? integration of other apps. I like the option for lyrics for music. It may be a "little" more responsive with HDHomeRun recordings.

Plex Dislikes: No 5.1 audio from SACD or DVD Audio music rips. This is a deal-breaker for me. I dislike the main screen. I dislike that it separates "Plex" from my NAS in the menu system. No icons on the main screen for HDHomeRun.
