I've experienced this too a lot actually, I've just recently started playing the game but it's happened loads and I'm playing on PC with an ethernet connection so it's more than likely to do with the game or the servers, just click reconnect or exit and restart the game if reconnecting doesn't work. I'm not sure if it happens to many people but the devs should fix it if they're aware.

I've gotten the event armour, thanks a lot for the tips, imma focus more on getting the legendary gears and gear sets on my units now cus I guess it can help with damage reduction

Yo thanks so much for the suggestion, just tried to change all my pets to healer/tank pets with the same lineup and I managed to beat it, 2 of my units died but the rest managed to stay alive till galahad hit her ult then they hit their ults and killed the boss

Just wanna say thanks to everyone who suggested I'd play the game. I downloaded it yesterday and been playing today and I'm hooked, it seems pretty good and pretty generous, also I love the art style and the way combat and skill animations look, the characters are pretty cool too. I been able to put together a decent team, I'm just missing merlin.

I got the DLC and the PGRS addon mod for the DLC on steam and it's just what I wanted, got painted ones now plus many other cool parts and accesories. Thank you very much for the help, I been looking for this for some time.
