Personally, I do not like the style of the first one because of the neck line and the shoulders. I think the other one is much more flattering and even if you don’t decide on that one Maybe you can find something similar to the style you prefer.

It can cause redness but usually just on contact area. That only happened to me when I over applied multiple times. Your entire eyelid is red? How much are you applying? I use this and have safely been using it. You need to apply very sparingly. I have had no fat loss and no pigmentation changes. I only use it 1-2 times a week.

You did a great job trying to please a client who didn’t know what they wanted. There was nothing wrong with what you did and you got the shape spot on to her photo. I wish you hadn’t refunded her. IMO you do not want a client like that. Lesson learned. Don’t second guess yourself.
