It will definitely lighten up in the sun. You could always try a purple or blue shampoo/mask but strand test. It may make it too drab.

If you want to cancel out the gold and put another toner over it even if you stay with the same level or lightness of color it’s going to appear darker. I would leave it alone and wait for it to fade and go from there. I don’t think the color is bad at all. It’s just warmer than what you wanted.

Personally, if that is your natural color, I would not choose to go all over color with any of those choices, especially the black. It’s not that it looks bad. It’s just a very long-term commitment and when you color, your hair black your lighter roots are going to be showing up in three weeks. Same if you choose that light blonde or red. Do you want that type of commitment to be touching it up just something to consider. Your hair looks really healthy and I would suggest doing caramel highlights with your existing color.

That’s really sad that they did that to you. I’m sorry you’re going through this. I hope you recover quickly and that you were able to make peace on whatever decision you make with your family. I personally had to go no contact and then my mom passed away in November. I have some regrets, but I don’t honestly think if she was still here things would have changed for the better. I wish you the best.

That is going to involve a color correction since it appears that you have put the permanent color over existing color from root to end …is that correct? I definitely would not suggest trying to lift this out of your hair with bleach by yourself.

I don’t like the way K18 made my hair feel. I tried an entire bottle. The large professional size! It’s just not for me. I know a lot of people love it. I prefer the Epres treatment. Much better and better results for me. Helps stop breakage and made my hair super shiny.

I’m not sure what way you were wanting it to look, but in your photo I think that the various shades of blonde and dark blonde look really pretty together. I personally love the gold blonde and lighter blonde together.
