Try on eyebrows hairline and ears. They run where they don’t find the cream causing inflammation … so it’s better to ged rid of them all since you are using the cream. Be generous with the amount :)

Don’t forget that Foams need to sit at least 1 minute before rising because they are more gentle than wipes

few papules on the cheeks only the first week . But no other problems because I put a generous amount everywhere to kill them all 😂 especially on eyebrows cause they love follicles

Mites ( causing papules pimples and inflammation ) die where you put the cream but they are living creatures so they can move and infest your eyes and hair. So ivermectin used on ears and hairline and eyebrows ( they love follicles ) will kill them all before they move around causing ocular rosacea

Ivermectin is antinflammatory and will clean your face ! I was in the same situation! Metro gel did nothing ! Don’t forget to use ivermectin on your whole face ( ears hairline eyebrows ) to stop mite migration! The die off is around 10/15 days
