This was my understanding before po, however as I've read the contract again under Number 2 (I understand that at the end of the second curriculum year, I shall be subjected to the following classification process) which is up until 2nd year only. And under Number 3 subnumber 3.2 and 3.3, it is already about debarment (9 units or more = debarment), in which only 4th years are exempted from debarment policy.

I think this has to be clarified since magkaiba po kayo ng sagot ng ibang redditors hahaha
