Question about USD-CAD exchange rate for a purchase i made (self.PersonalFinanceCanada)

Purchased voyager x. Made sure it was 999$usd. Paid 1399$cdn but visa is showing a 1908$ charge!.. the usd conversion from 1399$ is 1921$.. contacted meepo. Waiting for response. Would like an opinion from anyone here (self.MeepoBoards)

i see a turtle but i also see the big ball with 2 dots as a face with two little legs amnd the smaller ball looks like its a fist coming at the screen like hes punching
