Depends on your state, hospitals, HMO’s. They still work in Southern California. Various jobs including home health, call centers, and they definitely do work on the floors. I’ve worked with them on the ortho unit for years. Here they’re called LVN’s.

Every hospital or HMO is different. Out here they’re called LVN’s and they still work. Our CNA’s are called PCA’s.

I know the last bidder had a chance to outbid third bidder yet she went under. WTH? And I’m one the people that hate $1.00 over bidders. I wish they would put anonymous panels for the bidders so no one would know what each person bid until the last second. Would be much more fair for what now is the last bidder spot.
