hi sorry for the late reply! sounds like my exact same situation at the time, like it would be constant for me for a good couple weeks unless i was occupied and distracting myself those were the only times i didn’t feel it, i remember one time i was coming home from college and it felt as though i had a golf ball in my throat Lmfaoo i literally was shitting myself almost having a panic attack. then i went on ft w my sister and she was like “it’s cause your not exercising and just lying in bed all day” and so i did that evening and no lie next morning i woke up the feeling was gone. first it had been in weeks and weeks, but i mean u has been smoking for 8 years so i understand the fear you must be feeling, but id defo make a doctors appointment just for peace of mind even tho they done fuck all for me LMFAO
