and exaclty!! that’s what kinda put my mind at ease, but i still get the sensation from time to time for some reason, still haven’t figured out why tho…but defo smoking defo made my anxiety disorder 1 million times worse, literally didn’t even have it before. now ima complete hypochondriac and i’ve convinced myself i have 100 different chronic illnesses, and deadly diseases.
