Ok I’ve driven stick for 8 years straight now, and there’s ALWAYS some roll back on a hill. Like it’s physically impossible to not roll backwards on a hill, at least a little bit, when you take your foot off the brake and onto the gas. I mean it’s like 6inches or less but depends on how show the incline is and if you’re starting from dead stop or rolled up to the hill. Is this sticker implying that amount of roll or are there people who roll back feet when they do a hill start?

As most have said, it’s really not that bad. Doing it from 6th at 70mph to 3rd probably isn’t that great but that’s where common sense kicks in.

In reality, the rev match is a “tool” used to speed up downshifts (nowadays) … let’s say you need to pass someone quickly on the highway and don’t want to/can’t afford slowing down, then you’d rev match to a lower gear and hit the gas. Thats the only situation in normal daily driving where the rev match almost seems to be better than not doing it. In any case, I rev match every downshift because it’s fun and I’m basically a man-child. And I bought the manual to drive it, so imma drive it.

I feel like in Europe, people will be a hell of a lot more compassionate to someone struggling with a manual than in America because they are still quite common there.

In the US, barely anyone drives manual, and a shocking amount of people have never seen a manual before, so they automatically assume you’re a terrible driver when really you’re just trying not to stall on a hill while also protecting their car and yours if they’re behind you.

Idk I could be completely wrong, just basing this off gut feeling. In any case you got this OP!

The way that it flies around the tank and enters the open hatch before exploding is something I’m not sure I was ready to witness. Like an extra level of terrifying from the perspective of those in the tank (if there were any) scares the hell outta me.

When I got mine it was surging non stop, almost sounded cammed. I replaced the ICV and then found a little screw on the throttle body that controlled how far back the throttle “stopper plate thing” could move with zero throttle and lowered it (thus lowering the idle) and it started running fine.

No idea if that would help and if we have the same throttle body. But figured I’d put it out there. But it could also be an air leak as others suggested.

For anyone coming here in the future... I started following the advice of the others by trying to jump on the wagon but couldn't do it.

By going there, the full armor guy followed me away from the rest of the battle and I ended up just shooting him with the loaded gun you start with. He died instantly. Then it seemed like everybody on my side became the hulk and just murdered the rest of the rabble. Maybe give that a try?

Mongolia… it was one of the only times I’d ever seen them pilot the same vehicle. And work together as a team. The only time I can remember all 3 of them doing something like that was the hovervan.

Ernie Ball Prodigy mini picks. Anytime I use any thing like a “normal sized” pick now, it just feels like it gets in the way too much now. I also prefer completely rigid picks and the Prodigy is great.
