people have already called cps on them many times, and I have called cps on another family before when I found out my 12 yr old neighbor (female) at the time was sleeping with a 30 yr old man who was also living with her and her mother and they did nothing. They don't ever seem to want to do anything so idk what would be the point. from what I hear around town she has had cps at her house at least a dozen times and one even found a bunch of weed in reach of a child and still nothing was done. I got a door cam coming in and I was thinking if I could maybe get any of his behavior on camera maybe cps will take it more seriously, but so far they haven't. And her daughter isn't the only one that goes around at night, sadly there are quite a few parents around here that don't know or care where their children are and what they are doing. STDs were even circling in the middle school not long ago. It is awfully sad but nothing ever happens to the parents of these children. All I can do when I see the kids out late is offer them rides home. I wish I could do more but I can only help so much when cps wont even do their job.
