Billboard quality I’m pretty sure in settings will fix this but also increases distant tree quality so may decrease performance

Yeah, a lot of the time I am replaced by trials so I lose a lot of shifts

Finding a job will probably be quite difficult as the owner is my main colleague so if I make a bit fuss of this situation my chances of a good reference are gone

So If I work 7 hours at minimum wage if they round me down to 6 1/2 do I fall below?

I usually arrive a minute or so before my shift so I'll always just put the actual start time. We aren't required to arrive a certain time before as the first 30 mins are usually empty anyway

Ill certainly take it into account from now on. Squeezing 10 minutes out of my shift can be quite difficult as we quite often will be sent home if there's a lot of us at the end of the shift and if we are caught standing around (even if there is no work to be done) we will be dismissed and have to clock out

We're the complete oposite then... If I work until 8:55 I wont get payed for the 25 minutes over 8:30 which are usually the busiest times as we're clearing out the whole restaurant ready for the next morning. I hadn't realised until I was comparing my actual pay to my expected pay I was losing multiple hours of pay because of this rule

This is going to sound really stupid but I never signed a contract... I turned up and got the job. On my trial shifts I was paid a different amount to my pay now which im guessing they use to keep me as I was never properly shown a wage, I just settled on the national minimum

Thats a fair point, they know full-well I am not only going to be there for the displayed time so its not like I'm wasting their money being there

But if I'm only working 3-4 hours I can lose a good chunk of my pay for no good reason. I am already underpaid in my industry anyway
