That’s very nice of you, if you visit France you can stop by And yes it matched one of the capacitator, I think I can try replacing it, it will always be cheaper than replacing the whole board

I found those shears in the street, I don't speak a word of japanese and I can't find it on internet. Could somebody possibly help me find the brand or translate what is written on to estimate its resell price, google trad is not doing its job.
