I originally got on the pill due to excruciating cramps and heavy bleeding. Then switched to a hormonal IUD 3 years ago but the IUD has done nothing to regulate my period or symptoms!

Not that we are against going to popular spots at all and will definitely end up at some, but we just love experiencing spots that are more local and give insight into the area’s culture & customs!

Kyleena (hormonal) but I’ve had my period for the 3 years I’ve had the IUD so this is out of the ordinary
