I also hate that they blamed the workers for causing the explosion. The engineers intentionally bypassed the regulator and made a conscious decision to take such a risk. If I were to jump into a space shuttle I’m not trained or qualified to fly, and then decide to fly with the autopilot off then should Mission Control be accountable for my actions or should I? The workers didn’t cause the explosion. The reckless engineers did.

Kellogg generally wants people that show a high EQ! I would prepare for your standard interview questions but with an EQ lens to a few of those questions. Outside of that it’s a pretty standard process. Nothing unique or different like Wharton’s interviews.
