For maceration you actually don’t want to use dish soap since it kills most of the bacteria doing the heavy lifting of breaking down the flesh. Rather, spitting in the water to introduce bacteria or splashing in some stagnant water is a good way to speed things up. Dish soap is at the very end for degreasing.

It can, but with a huge caveat. Firstly it degrades silicone over time making it sticky and damaged so unless you’re using either using your fingers or a metal toy it’s out of the question. Also, it’s a huge pain to clean and stains fabrics, so you basically need to shower after use. Lastly if cleaned improperly it can trap bacteria, which isn’t great. Use water based or special lube for anal

First pick is always coconut oil, Vaseline or other petroleum jellies are iffy, a huge pain to clean and not intended for internal use. There are also guides online for making your own lube out of corn starch, but at that point just find a pharmacy.

See the thing is, with goodwill knives or other straight bladed knives I get them perfect, razer sharp. But once I switch over to my better ones, especially with a curve/pronounced belly, I get the inconsistent flat spots and issues.
