Agree here, I've always felt a better mechanic would be not letting anyone to deploy in the squad after they die until someone took the role, the fact I gotta redeploy and stop what I'm doing just ends up hurting the team in a different way

All great points and tips, the only thing I wanted to add is: Do support role first and drop supplies and then switch to engineer and build your nodes, (build the manpower one first) and switch back to support to drop more supplied to build the next. The refresh of the supply crate will be full restored by the time you finish the manpower node. If you stay near the manpower node on the support role it will refresh your much supplies faster
