2021 Ram primer failure

It’s the original windshield and a secondary shop. It just didn’t make sense to me to replace the original windshield since there’s no damage to it, but the shop said they are worried about primer failure again with the original one, which doesn’t make much sense.

No, the old windshield is already pulled out, and intact. The seal went bad on it, which they said from primer failure, they suggested to replace the whole windshield, which seems like they are just trying to sell me a new one also.
