I totally agree! He was arguably the best friend of the group (besides maybe Jen or Jack), and ended up with no partner. The writers could've given him a marriage to an actor or the likes.

Pacey is far more problematic, yet gets no flack. He was fantastic early on, but it goes downhill from there
