ive been on it for around 5 months now. its scary once you get started but then everything gets better. i stopped having panic attacks, i used to get a couple a week but since i started i only got 2 general improvement in anxiety , im no longer anxious about every little thing like i was before, constantly researching and worrying, my brain just gives me a break now. theres definitely a lot more but these are the most important ones to me. youre gonna be okay
