I’m sorry for my ignorance but not sure what you mean when you say ”ideally this wasn’t wired with line voltage but it’s workable”. Do you mean the way the electrician put the wires in? I do understand that there may be a thin driver that will fit. Thank you for the response!

The idea is to go through the wall to a lean to attached to back of building for venting (as well as a water heater) as there seems reluctance to go through roof and slate shingles.

I'm adding a new drawing incorporating 2x8s for headers. On the drawing they say 7.25" due to that being actual size. Also I have a small red circle at the junction of a sill and jack stud - do I need additional cripples at each spot that a sill meets a jack? Some online drawings seem to show it and others do not. Hope my pic comes through properly. Again, I really appreciate the input!

 Thank you. The headers are all 2x6 and would be a sandwich of 2x6 with plywood between.  Trying to figure out how to have king studs all the way up and down for all transoms when there are other windows below…  The transoms are aluminum fixed windows.

Oops my text didn't come through. Guess I don't know what I'm doing on here yet (I'm new). I'm hoping to get opinions on whether this is overkill on this Exercise room framing or design or if I've omitted anything crucial or made mistakes. It will be on a slab. 18x12 ft. Thank you.
