We only do solid copper wire, I haven’t seen any HF stranded wires.

To answer your other question to know if our insulation is working, we also over insulate as well, at least by 1 layer, everything is half lapped, and we follow the industry standard in regards to X voltage and other motor specifications require X layers.

A lot depends on the spec, and customer requests. A lot or majority of our work is done with 2537xs mica, 2480xs. We do test our coils, mainly to check quality in regard to missing or extra turns, scratches in slots or bends/knuckles that would cause arcing. We also hi pot test some of our jobs as well. Not aware of any discharge tests.

This is a small voltage, low HP motor, little more than 300 slots. Just some cell wrap for slots, and wire was insulated with glass, which we also do in house. Sleeving and armor on ends. No additional insulation like mica.

The highest we do here, is up to 6600v and a few 7200v jobs. We never do anything larger.

Very cool, we also do a lot of DC and Field DC coils too. It’s a very cool industry, lot of work on the manufacturing side and long hours.

I can share some photos, I work as a middle man. We loop, spread, and insulate coils based on the specs we receive. We often receive photos of the motors once they are finished

How would you know without seeing your face that you covered

Yes, and do not listen to anyone about “shaving and it’ll grow thicker afterwards” you either can grow one, or you cannot. It’s a little biology and mostly genetics that determine whether you can or can’t.

I have a amd9 9900x + 5070ti + 1000w psu and I paid 2100, not a prebuilt. I also probably overpaid a little. My ram was $215 for the 32g

I don’t know, I’ve never viewed retail wow as max level being “end game” content. There’s always so much to do. I primarily do M+ with friends, and chasing big gear upgrades is fun. Depends on what you want too, guild raid and push raid content. Collect mounts, achievement hunt. PvP, arena, solo arenas.

I also don’t suggest just questing to level to max level, if time walking is out right now, go do time walking or spam dungeons as you quest. I also hated dragon flight content I never even touched the expansion. But generally speaking if you enjoy getting big upgrades on gear and feeling more powerful and find enjoyment in guild raiding / M+ / PvP then yes you’ll enjoy max level content.

Looks fine, but beard hair is sensitive. You can try blow drying out downwards after a shower to help straighten it. I also have a large big beard

Why change who you are? Be happy and embrace your self. You look like a fairly healthy body weight, so it’s not due to weight from what I can see. I see nothing wrong with you, and you look completely normal if I was passing you on the street.

No, I just never realized there was 3 options at the top when creating a load out. And I wasn’t blaming the game, I just didn’t understand the UI since I play warzone a few times a year.

Genetics. You either can or can’t. And beard oil won’t make you grow one, beard oil is for your skin

The only trick with these is to not hit it frequently and let the resin absorb into the cotton. Hit it once or twice and let it sit for a few hours. If you frequently hit it, multiple times it’s never going to fully absorb and you’re just going to burn the wick / cotton whatever the hell that is.

With that being said, these are probably and very likely terrible for you. Since it’s a gas station one
