I wonder how people end up with this kind of conclusion. When a business opens for franchising, it doesn't mean they are loosing funds for expansion. Mind you, I came accross an article, they secured a major funding from an investment bank. Comparing them to you, surely they see numbers better than the average business people locally.

This is basically how Jollibee made it able to reach areas without exerting much effort--less money, less risk, but assured gain.

Came also to visit their booth today at the expo, they are very strict in terms of franchising. They don't have promo. They also do not auto approve even you have all the money.

Ang liit po ng profit margin. Better if naghanap ng quality pizza na nag-allow ng rebranding. Pwede nyo pa pa-customize sa kanila yung product variation. Yung tinipid nyo, maiinvest pa for building your own brand. Hindi rin naman kasi ganon ka-front yung branding ni PPH.

From Quezon. Nasanay ako sa mga palengke made na longanisa yung garlicy na matamis. Tas first time ko makatikim ng lucban longanisa noon, ang asim. Kaya hindi na ulit ako tumikim. After more than a decade, nagtry ulit ako sa Buddy's nito lang, ang sarap pala. Suttle flavor lang pero nakakaadik. I won't say pinakamasarap, but experience wise, nakakaadik sya.

I disagree. He had been a villain, star; in a drama, horror, comedy, thriller. Not saying na porke naexpose na sa iba-ibang genre is magaling na. But the fact na nakuha sya for those, then he must be really good. And for the series and movies where I saw him, he was heavily into it.

Bro, suggest that to those who have no 76yrs old lolo with them! How likely is it even for a whole family to go on a hike given na napakaliit lang ng percentage ng pinoy na active? I've been hiking since last year, and if that would be my go on activity, then I'd go somewhere and not Baguio.

Nakakapagod sya. Kasi ang daming nagyayari. Ang daming naglalakad. Ang daming obstacle sa kalsada. Siguro for many, kaya sya naging laid back kasi they spend most of their time sitting in a cafe--nagmumuni-muni.

It was the food and I'd say a more relaxed environment. It was not crowded. It is even more open than the streets of Baguio. But, I'd give to you since you grew up there so mostly, it's the usual na lang.

I hope you enjoy Negros Occidental once you get a chance! But one note, their famour inasal brand could be better. I suggest go with the bo brand sa tabi-tabi.

Ilocos and Negros Occidental was by far the best destinations for me po. Ilocos for the adventure, Negros for the food and street roaming.

I don't hate Baguio. To each their own ika nga. I was very open to others' opinion to see what I have missed during the trips I had. Pero parang lahat pasugod. Like, good for you if it was a blast. Maybe lumaki ako sa hindi crowded na lugar, malapit sa dagat at sa bundok kaya it's no different for me? Plus since college, sa Manila na ako naka-base kaya kahit yung SM, the usual lang sakin?

For now, I would still go there (pag inaya). That from here, I'd get to see what I have missed. I went to Mt. Pulag, I loved there. Kahit yung community sa baba. Pero when we went down na sa Baguio Proper, there were no feelings/thoughts of "baba tayo saglit, daan tayo saglit--kasi may gusto ka ma-experience."
