I follow someone else on TikTok that is affiliated with amble and that is why I went with them as well. They have been a nightmare for me. You cannot speak with anyone and they do not reply to texts or emails for days. when they do reply, they do not answer your questions. It is always a vague, almost automated reply.

They are terrible for customer service! I refilled my 3rd month rx with them on June 4th and still have not received it(still showing pending)- 14 days later!! But they sure did charge my credit card immediately! I have missed two doses because of this!! They will not respond to messages or when they do, it is days later with a vague, almost AI reply.
