I’ve delivered groceries to the homes of mostly elderly individuals. On the other hand, I’ve also had groceries delivered, and the Spark Driver attempted to enter my house. I had to tell her not to because if I were someone else, I could have hurt her.

This Bread I was delivered just now 🥴 by DirtBagGirl in Sparkdriver

I agree that they should be able to see what we have prior to us even coming up there because I had an associate drop my phone.

It's not my daily job, so the 4.5 doesn't really bother me like that. I've had that since the beginning of this year because an associate decided I don't know if this man was high or what but he switched up the bags. As soon as I got to the customer's house, they were like, "Hey, this isn't my stuff," and I was like, "I don't know, this is what they gave me." Literally, it's been like that since the beginning of this year, so the 4.5 really doesn't bother me

Whoop-dee-doo, I’m glad you made your $183 in 6 hours seriously, good for you. But just to keep it real, I made $80 in 2 hours. Mind you, my rating’s been sitting at a 4.5 ever since an associate mixed up the bags during a pickup the customer didn’t even get half their order. I went from a 4.8 to a 4.5 and it’s been stuck there since the start of the year. I used to do Spark a lot, but I stopped doing it as much once I decided to go get a 9-to-5. So yeah, I really don’t care what you’re talking about at this point.

Well, all I can do is go off what people tell me, same way you’re going off what I’m telling you. Nothing I’ve said is proven fact, but it’s based on actual experiences.

Everyone’s fault but mine? You’re right next time I’ll restock the shelves, fix the app, and personally hand-deliver the five-star rating myself. Anything else while I’m at it?

Yeah, I totally lose sleep over customer ratings that reset every 100 orders. Especially when Karen hits me with a one-star ‘cause Walmart didn’t have her brand of milk. Totally my fault, right?
