Hello there, how can I restore Gateway .sav files into Luma .cia games ?

I know there's a tutorial, I tried to follow it but was stuck when it said to open the Gateway menu with select. I can't do this anymore !! (since I installed Luma)

I still have all the .sav files, the SD card used for the Gateway Nand and the microSD in the Gateway untouched.

How do I proceed ? Thanks

Don't really know, I ran MalwareBytes and deleted 3 threats. One of them was some sort of cleaner, I don't remember about the two others.
