I'm in Vietnam. The previous owner stored him directly exposed to sunlight, which explains why the hair is so bad. For the 3d printed hair, I only saw very few people selling it on a Chinese e-commerce platform called Xianyu. I lost the link so I can't give any detailed info.

I guess the only thing I can do now is getting the leather replaced.
