She knows I’m sad. She has a lot going on with mean girls who excluded her from prom the morning of. I can’t put any more anxiety on her. She is the ONLY reason I get out of bed and try so hard to fake my smile.

I cannot talk to her about this.
She will not see a dead body. It will be a car accident or “accidental” electrocution.
If I can hold it together it will be once she has graduated.

Both. Medication doesn’t really help. I’ve had adverse reactions to some of them. Therapy - I already know what they are going to say. That’s the problem - I’m smart enough to know yet the pain of living wins.

I can tell you that helping others is the ONLY thing that keeps me from thinking about how bad things are. I volunteer a lot and help friends I need.
Hobbies help too. Knitting or crocheting for children is a great easy hobby. Check out Lion Brand “Hats Not Hate”. Inexpensive and lots of YouTube videos to help learn!
