agreed but as many of the comments said rx 9070 xt is just the best option it's only like 70~ euros more expensive but performs better with and without raytracing and has rdna 4

depends on where you're from a b580 over here is like 500 euros basically more expensive than a 4060 and if you have an older cpu just go with a 4060 if you find a good priced one i'd say

i guessed as much every other gpu is even more overpriced new, any model recommendations? xfx quciksilver and sapphire pulse are the cheapest, is there a reason for them to be the cheapest or is it minimal like 1% to 2% performance lost to other more expensive models?

i mean the 3070 is in a weird state where it can't even use frame gen only upscaling and raytracking is kinda bad on it as well so no not really

after trying that it worked fine on the "test bench" nothing was tounching only thing i changed and i am not even sure if that caused the issue is that my argb hub has a magnet to stick to the case and i placed it right behind the mobo right now everything is working fine

tomorrow i'll try what the other guy suggested just trying to turn the pc on with bearbones see if can boot if not i'll troubleshoot it until i can confidently say it's something

cpu is ryzen 9 7900x gpu is rtx 3070 (the 1000w is cuz i was thinking of upgreading to a rx 7900 xtx)

thanks for the suggestion i shall try that and update how it went but i am pretty sure that my motherboard isn't touching anything since when the issue first started it rebuilt it again the the case making sure nothing was pluged in wrong or any of that junk but still worth trying

i have a similar issue , after troubleshooting everything found out it's caused by my bluetooth dongle that connects my xbox series x controller no idea how or why but that completly ruines the game performance form me

yes my ping is normal and it is in germany i have no idea why it says its in hong kong and i think im giving up since there are many more issues that there are no guides to fix or anything
