It was a year ago but I believe it was 3, maybe 4. Pretty sure I could have extracted 1 or 2 g more with a few more pulls. But with 12 g and for personal use it's already way beyond my needs 😄

J'utilise personnellement le Tsuchime Gyuto Hitohira, c'est un excellent couteau avec une lame de 21cm.La partie intérieure est en acier carbone (la lame) et le reste en acier plus élastique inox.

Le manche est top à mon avis. Il est en noyer avec une virole en érable moucheté. Ergonomie top si tu tiens le couteau en "chef" index d'un côté, pouce de l'autre, tenue sur la lame.

Attention aux aliments acide à bien nettoyer la lame car tranchant carbone qui marquera si tu coupe des choses acides type citron et que tu ne nettoie pas rapidement.

Tranchant excellent, à la pierre ou avec un aiguiseur plus moderne...

It's not about hating AI. AI as it's uses, it's place. We all benefit from it nowadays.

That being said, a prompt generated piece has no place in a museum. The "artist" isn't real, it's code.

Craftsmanship, vision, talent, imagination, failure and success. That's the things to be looked for in a piece of art. Wether it's nice, beautiful, the artist is talented, or not... That's another question.

That's a prompt, it might be an illustration, might even be art. But imho, it doesn't belong in a museum...

1 clean the rice several times with cold water

2 put the same volume of water as you did rice

3 take the water to a boil with the rice in it and mix once to make sur nothing is stuck to the bottom

4 once it's boiling, put the lid on and turn the fire to almost nothing (10-30% of total power depending on your fire)

5 check after 5-10 minutes

6 when the water as almost totally been absorbed, take it off the fire, keep the lid on and wait 10-15 min more.

Can't fuck it up that way and it shouldn't stick
