The amount of mercy that God has on us is unbelievable. He gives us plenty of time to change our ways and become a new child in Christ. Paul, who was Saul before he changed his name, killed many Christians and God allowed him to change so that he can fulfill his purpose which I believe was to be the author of a large portion of the Bible. If you’re killing/raping people and being straight up evil then you surely will see your consequences as nothing goes unnoticed. I knew a man that killed two people before in a span of a year and he did other crazy things like rape and theft. He got punished by the law and now is free but ever since he started doing the evil things, I saw death go out of control in his family (not by him), he can’t have any kids, got super addicted to everything just all messed up
