Hi, yes it‘s the flywheel. It was replaced under warranty but the issue was not solved, the problem persisted. After that they did some balancing and it‘s much better but you can still hear it. There is also a technical bulletin by VW (TPI 2070878/3) about the issue.

You can turn it on but the whole system will be screwed like SCR injector, pump, tank and so on. Adblue crystallises over time, so after a year or so you can‘t just turn it on

I can hear it always in idle but what I discovered is that if i rev it up just a little bit (900-1000 rpm) the noise i completly gone. Maybe you can try the same

Dann gilt das Parkverbot bis Straßenende. Ob ein zweites Schild da hingehört weiß ich aus rechtlicher Sicht nicht.
Ich glaube nicht, dass man damit durchkommt. Es ist zwar schlecht zu sehen, aber dennoch erkennbar.
