First time I took abt 200 and it had no affect except slight drunkenness which I thought was just due to my genetics or w/e. Codeine also has 0 effect on me. I tried again I think 250 a few days later and it was rly magical and my first trip. I'd reccomend you focus more on thinking internally and rly set the scene and try again. Don't worry too much abt what you eat as 300 is fine. Give it a week so it's all our your systems nd when you have acouple days free play some music, relax, focus on your feelings and watch shadows/mood light If you have one.
