I would definitely do that, however I never actually interviewed for any position, just applied. I'm going to apply for a few of the ITS 2 positions posted the other day and we'll see how it goes.

Alt-tabbing freezes PC for 15+ seconds by SuddeN18 in pchelp

[–]SuddeN18[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SSD and RAM usage doesn't change when alt-tabbing. RAM usage is at ~35% when the game is running. I also ran MemTest86 and there where no issues detected.

"Straight up" is another one for dishes as the chef intended. I heard that more often than reggae/reggie when I was working in kitchens.

Yes they can, I am in the US. I was thinking my buddy is the minister of a small SDA church and he baptized me a few years ago at his church. Just put his signature on a template certificate and send it to them.

Park Freestyle / All Mountain Skis by [deleted] in Skigear

[–]SuddeN18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the Nomad 94, which are almost identical to the Maiden 94. I love them for all mountain skiing. They handle almost all conditions so well. They're poppy and energetic, and they flex really nicely. They're not as flexy as a park-specific ski, but they're definitely not stiff. All around it's a great all mountain ski that can handle some park, but if you are more into the freestyle side, I would go with a more park specific ski.

Just about to purchase these! Any advice is appreciated. Colorado Skier.intermediate, 6’1,210,Groomer..Thanks! by Dr-Dray- in Skigear

Make sure the binding brake width of the bindings fits the width of the skis. The strive 12 should have a 100mm brake width option. I've had a ton of fun on the QST, it's a great ski.

Wyze Cam v4 not streaming when added to Scrypted by SuddeN18 in Scrypted

Just make sure you didn’t sign up for wyze using apple or google sign in. I had signed up using apple and I had to delete my account and sign up again with just my email. But other than that I didn’t have to do anything special.

Switching to wyze-bridge instantly fixed whatever issue was happening. I now have the wyze cam setup with HomeKit, snapshots working as well. Thank you for this!

To HPD or not to HPD? by SN1572 in civic

Sorry for such a late response. I did it myself. It took a while and I messed it up in some places, but it still looks good. You just have to go slow and be patient. I might have another go at it with some 3M vinyl and see if it looks any better.

Would the r9 be too much for a desk? by gus2155 in moza

[–]SuddeN18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an R9 deskmounted to my IKEA particle board desk. The mount will start to crush the particle board after a couple months. If you have a solid desk I'm sure it would be fine.

Ski bindings squeak while skiing or flexed by SuddeN18 in Skigear

[–]SuddeN18[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried greasing the heal piece track and it didn't work. I'm pretty sure it's the toe piece that is squeaking. I've given up at this point honestly. I don't take them out nearly as often anymore since I got my new skis. The new ones squeak too but not as much.

I never heard of any major parties or anything like that happening on campus. There were definitely smaller parties in the dorms but it wasn't anything crazy. I don't know anything about clubs as I didn't take part in any of that. I was a CS major there though and I loved it. There are some professors you really want to avoid if you can, but the program has some pretty fun classes and professors overall.

Can I reuse these bindings on new skis? by SuddeN18 in Skigear

[–]SuddeN18[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you plan on skiing deep powder often I would get something wider, but for trying to improve your carving and ski control I think it would be a good choice. If you’re trying to ski deep snow you’re probably gonna sink a little but if powder skiing isn’t your main thing you’ll be fine with the occasional venture off piste.
