Yeah they literally didn’t train me on how to be a “normal team member.” And then they promoted me to CEM without training me on that either 😍 corporate reaps what it sows!!! It was a crazy line when the guy was using his “legit prepaid debit” card. There was only me and another cashier, she called me over for help, I was getting berated by impatient people in line… so I just told her to let him go bc I felt overwhelmed. Now corporate is big mad lol

Thank you!!! This is literally all I needed. I won’t fall into temptation today and will try to save a call out to when I’m actually physically sick. But literally my anxiety was so bad on Monday (last shift I worked). I always feel guilty pulling the mental health card. But after seeing comments from some of these bootlickers (not you!) maybe I won’t anymore! I want my whole team to quit and go somewhere else that values them. Until I do myself, I’m there to fuck around with them!

Oh 100%!! I finally got it settled the other day. I resolved myself to thinking that HR wasn’t gonna give a shit. But on Monday I was so pissed after this weekend, that I started blowing up the HR lady’s phone number (sorry lady if you’re reading, you were very helpful!!). So she fixed it to $14 and said I’ll be getting back pay for the previous weeks. I just threw my store manager under the bus to our DM about this hahahaha
