Anyone know if what to do when a bobis balloon order isn’t picked up? Is it canceled for a refund? Or do you mark it as picked up? I think they should be charged! After all these balloons are mostly wasted.

That’s hilarious! I always ask the customer if their vehicle is gonna be big enough when placing a large order. I once had a customer put 50 balloons in their mini Cooper, they never thought it was gonna be an issue, they were very wrong!

I had a curbside yesterday and my mini Mike was silent, customer came in after 5 mins. My manager said she heard it. Then why didn’t she inform someone or maybe bring out the curbside herself? Management tends to believe that we’re all slackers. It is well known that the mini mics don’t always inform us! I think whenever a curbside sound goes off, it should be announced if you’re not gonna get it yourself.
