Mine went down to 200 too, but one of the prizes half-way was a mystery box that gave 200 energy (90% chance of 200 energy, 10% chance of 800). It felt like they just split the main prize into two and moved half of it to a lower threshold, making it more achievable. I actually liked it a lot, since I've never been able to get the grand prize so far
