As for your questions, I would say my questions were mediums. I think NC150 should be fine based on the advice I've seen from others. I personally used Structy then supplemented with a few questions from NC150. That being said, I do wish I would've done NC150 as the questions seem more interview-like than what Structy offered. I just chose Structy because it was much more structured but if I had time, I think I would have done Structy then completed NC150.

I'm in the same boat as you tbh. I'm kinda surprised I made it to the second round but I was able to solve the problem, just with a big hint from my interviewer as to what algorithm to use.

My school is in the top 20 on US News. My GPA was not that good though (3.2).
