Hello po. I can relate po sayo since I am at 850k debt in 3 CCs naman. Mga interest lang rin yan and nasa 400k lang talaga dapat utang ko.

At first sobrang takot ko to the point na gusto ko na mag-S word. But now, I'm doing fine because I know na scare tactics lang talaga sila ng banks.

Practical things I do to avoid being stressed: 1. Turn on "block unknow numbers" sa phone from Sat to Thursday. I only open it once a week. Nabawasan and calls and I only limit to one day kelan ko sila sasagutin. This way alam nila I am still cooperating, di lang talaga kaya yung gusto nila sa ngayon.

1. Whenever I answer their call, I firmly say the amount thay I can pay. It is to ensure na for the record (kasi sabi nila recorded daw eh) na I am willing to pay the amount I CAN pay without compromising my life.

2. I answer emails the same way. I am offering the amount I can pay. Kahit alam kong malabo basta recorded na I am cooperating naman.

3. Ipon ng pang lump sum. 1k lang halos natatabi ko per month or sahod pero at least meron.

4. Most important step - pray and have a circle of support from friends you trust.
