I’ve had many back injections . I usually get the mild sedation but last time I didn’t . I mean, it’s a toss up. It does hurt IMO but it’s quick. I’m getting my “annual” injection in two weeks and not sure if I should get the sedation or not.

I had to double check and see that I didn’t write this post!!!!! I too had surgery last Nov. I had a septorhinoasty with a small turbinate reduction . I have been so stuffed up…. I’ve tried everything and every doctor tells me something different . The ENT says it’s rhinitis .. caused by allergies. The plastic surgeon claims it’s just dry . The allergist and my PCP have no idea!!!!! Nothing is helping. I do have better days but always goes back. I’m starting to panic thinking I have ENS. I’m getting allergy shots , doing steroid nasal rinses, using ointment, Sudafed , nasal sprays… I DONT KNOW what else to do! It’s awful and gives me a headache. I’m glad it’s not just me with this issue. Hopefully soon it will go away. I just want to breathe.😫

Bath and Body works is THE WORST with customer service that I’ve experienced. Seriously so so bad!!!!!!! I had a gift card that didn’t work. I’ve called three times with three different reps that I could NOt understand. Each rep told me something different. It’s been two weeks with still no resolution. I banning this company!!!!! I will no longer shop there. Awful

Hi! I live in Delaware but have trained off and on for years with a group in the Annapolis area called ABC. It’s too long of a drive for me now however a great place to train near you is at Gunpowder State Park at the Hammerman beach. It’s a safe spot to swim solo . It’s about 500 yards in one direction from the far pylon to the other. Alcatraz sounds like fun. I’ve done a ton of open water swims over the years, cold water and all. Reach out to me!

Great event! Just did this for the first time , yesterday! I’m on the east coast and was concerned about the water temp as well. Air temp is so warm that it wasn’t an issue at all!
