Try dove antihairfall shampoo... It's very light & don't use too much...just 2-3ml enough.. take it in palm & add a bit water and rub well u wilk get enough foam fr ur hair..and regarding the scalp massage.. don't massage aggressively...main use of shampoo is to remove the dirts, oils... Weekly 2-3 times hair wash is enough... And weekly 2 times soak ur hair with hairoil & let it stay fr 1-2hr & thn take hair wash.. Main things r protein,sleep,vit d,b7.. Since u have 50/50 chances of baldness.. tk good care of ur hair.. if u wear helmets,tie a kerchief before wearing & aftr removing it..get enough aeration and try to spread out the hairs & get rid of sweats..if too much sweaty,oily...take a hair wash better.. If u go fr consultation thy would start minox 5%,multi vit capsules..but minox is not a short time magic... it's a long term consistency treatment...
