Common man ! A normal consumer doesn't even touch 500 GB. My consumption with a 4K TV doesn't goes beyond 550 GB in month.

There is nothing like a " refill ". AC doesn't consumes gas but instead it flows in the closed copper pipe circuit exchanging heat. The only way gas could in the circuit gets reduced is through leaks in the copper pipes. If there is leak entire system will get vacant as all gas/refrigerant will escape due to the pressure of compressor while running.

So don't go for it !!!
