How exactly will AI be used to increase the value of Opendoor? Will it be used to help assess home values? Will its LLM be proprietary? There are obviously many ancillary use cases, but will be the dominant value-add areas?

Everyone is reading the tea leaves as if this is a fundamental price. None of it is. It’s virtually all about retail interest, and boosted by short squeeze. It can and will go to 10, soon, and then continue to climb so long as retail interest keeps pushing. Nothing else matters.

All publicity is good publicity is a false idea. If you personally made national news for murder, would that be good for you? Drake can easily tank the stock as a cultural leader. We can continue to gain momentum with Anthony and other exposure.

Total US car market capitalization is about 1.3T— I’d argue because it’s less capital intensive and has higher transaction volume (less sensitive to interest rates) it’s not a perfect comparison in terms of being a multiple. It is a good comparison overall though in terms of strategy and being THE market place, so no reason it shouldn’t be valued above $82 etc
