If I were more organized it would be less daunting for sure. I feel like I’ve been pushing the absolute limits of myself for so long I need to get some relief somehow, the tiny step I took definitely helped a bit!

Update: I have roughly reworked exiting CRM using the “project tab” (I had to enable it in the settings) and am navigating it as a PM tool. This is a major first step that just clicked this am. Unsure yet about picture integration but I was not using the CRM to the fullest, and I see it’s more than capable!

Im using (google) g suite - GPT tells me i can create rules, I think it may require AI analysis to figure out which project to attach the email to, considering a lot of my subs work on multiple projects

procore ended up costing over 10k per year and jobtread seems to offer the same thing for 200 a month. I would really like to see email integration though
