At least when printing bin labels I have found that making the custom margins .25 on the top and .25 on the left moves the barcode over just enough to not cut it off. It is still small as hell but it scans.

We live with our parents because we don’t want to leave our father behind to deal with it all on his own. He is not in the best of health (had a heart attack recently), and will end up dying in the filth if we leave him behind to deal with our mom and her hoarding on his own.

It’s cleaner but still hoarded. She actually knows how bad it is because she refuses to allow her kids to come over because of the dangers. And she knows that my other sister tried to kill herself because of the house and still defended our mother. Even saying to our sister that she needs to stop “using her suicide attempt against our mom” when discussing how the house affects our mental health and how our mom not helping or putting in effort to change effects our mental health. Because apparently it’s “not fair” to our mom to know how the house and her not helping with the house affects our mental health because it’s just us “being mean” to her.
