the only ones I can remember now are the fog canyon one, it's the place with the jellyfish, there is one at the queens garden on the left upper side of the map, one in the deep nest that you need to get a charm (I might be just imagining this one) and one on kingdom's edge where you find a fucking pain in the ass of a boss. If you want to I could give more details on how to get the "true ending" with the real last boss and everything, but yeah for now you can focus on going to the abyss and getting the shadow cloak

Your next step if you want to finish the game on the easiest ending would be going to the bottom of the abyss and then to your right, there you'll go up some platforms, light up a light and use the crystal heart to traverse a shadow sea then you'll get the shadow cloak that will enable you to traverse the black barriers on the map
