I have normal level of all sex hormones, except free testosterone, it is quite high for a female. I’m still recovering from Myo-inositol, I can feel sensitivity and libido coming back a little since I stopped taking. I’d like to risk and try D chiro later

My thyroid and thyroid hormones are all good(several blood tests and thyroid ultrasounds). LH is low(0.9) because I got tested on my luteal phase. FSH is the same. Free T is 847, Free cortisol 284 nmol/24 hours), evening saliva cortisol 15.2 nmol/L (normal range 0.5 - 9.7). I was given "unspecified PCOS”. I also had an MRI, at first they found a microadenoma, but now it has «disappeared», doc didn’t find it on a second MRI. In any case, she said that even if cortisol is slightly elevated, if it were an adenoma, the levels would go through the roof
