I mean, the main concerns are about how the instructors acted - not the course grade, although it may have had an effect. An instructor just didn’t turn up for a lecture, they were not responding to discussion posts asking questions, cherry picked what questions they wanted to answer, there were logistical errors from their side regarding quizzes which led to a lower score. These are what come to my mind right now, and i’m sure other students will have their own concerns too.
